One person reads this mail, and there is no on-call rota. For a session that is down, your session page on the portal often answers faster than a reply would.

If something is broken

A session down, a route gone missing, a tunnel that will not come up. Telling us these four things saves a round of questions:

  1. 01 Which site. FRA, XIY, CAN, SHA, HKG, TPE, TYO or SJC, and which session if you know it.
  2. 02 Since when. A time with its time zone, even a rough one.
  3. 03 What you see. A traceroute or route lookup from your side.
  4. 04 What we see. If you peer with us, your session page on the portal shows BGP state, routes and the last handshake from our side.
